Future Nurse Tutoring is led by Dr Analisa Smythe, she has been qualified for over 30 years. She has a PhD, and works in a senior research and education role in the NHS. Analisa is also a Visiting Fellow at two Universities. 

​Her professional journey spans clinical practice, leadership and academia. She has a significant track record of publications. Her published work includes literature reviews, critical appraisal, blogs, book chapters and journal publications.

As a tutor she is passionate about nurturing the next generation of health care professionals. She draws on her extensive experience in curriculum design, supervision and professional development to support students in building confidence in their academic capabilities, supporting them through assignments to ensure good grades.  

Analisa  is a qualified teacher with a PhD, MPhil degree, MSc in Advanced Nursing Practice,  and a BSc in Mental Health Nursing. 
Lessons are tailored to meet the needs of each individual student.  She has successfully supported students who are struggling to pass. Students describe Analisa as patient, kind and committed. She is also able to support with career coaching, interviews and job applications.

One-on-one sessions start at just £25 per hour online.
